Warranty Policy

At Time Madness, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our watches. Each watch is covered by a 3-year international warranty from the date of purchase.

 

WHAT DOES OUR WARRANTY COVER?

Our 3-year warranty covers all manufacturing defects. This includes:

  • Movement: Mechanical failure or defects in the Seiko movement.
  • Case and Bezel: Defects in the case or bezel resulting from manufacturing.
  • Hands, Dial, and Indexes: Defects or failures in hands, dials, or hour markers.
  • Bracelet and Clasp: Defects in the bracelet, clasp, or any other metal parts.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, or signs of wear).
  • Accidental damage (e.g., damage resulting from impact, misuse, or inappropriate handling).
  • Water damage if the watch has not been properly sealed or if the crown was not secured during exposure to water.
  • Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized third parties.
  • Loss or theft of the watch or any of its parts.

HOW CAN I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at [email protected] and provide:

  1. Several high-quality pictures of the watch, clearly showing its condition.
  2. Pictures highlighting the specific issue or defect.
  3. A brief description of what’s wrong with the watch and when the issue occurred.

These details will help us assess the situation and respond quickly. Once your claim is received, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions to return the watch for inspection.

If your claim is deemed legitimate, we will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no cost to you. If the watch cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

 

DOES THE WARRANTY TRANSFER IF I SELL OR GIVE AWAY THE WATCH?

Yes, the warranty is transferable to subsequent owners within the 3-year period, as long as you provide the original proof of purchase.
